Description
1. First (far left): The interlocking shape is “Duafe” itself – the Adinkra symbol for feminine beauty, grooming, and good hygiene. It literally is a comb symbol. It stands for femininity, love and care.
2. Second: Akoko Nan / Rooster – the rooster’s foot. It symbolizes parental protection, discipline and nurturing. A hen steps on her chicks but doesn’t kill them.
3. Third: Horse / “Epona” style – represents wealth, status and power. Horses were for kings and rich people, so owning this means high status.
